The Website provides information about 322 Self Storage and gives you tools to move in online and manage your account through our rental platform, Unit Trac.

2Online Move-In and Payments.

When you choose to rent a unit or make a payment online, you'll be directed to our rental and payment platform, Unit Trac, to complete the process. Completing an online move-in creates a binding lease between you and 322 Self Storage on the terms presented at that time. Your use of Unit Trac is also subject to Unit Trac's own terms and privacy practices.

Unit availability and pricing shown on the Website are provided in good faith but may change, and a unit is not held for you until your lease is complete.

3Acceptable Use.

You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

1. Use the Website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
2. Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse anyone through the Website;
3. Attempt to damage, overload, or interfere with the Website or anyone else's use of it;
